Honorable Mention for the Albany Center Gallery’s ‘Knock It Off’ event for visual campaign design and branding work. This included visual design and a marketing campaign.

2010 Green Building + Design (gb&d) Article Title: Defying the Laws of Sustainability. Interviewed in the November 2010 issue for a story on the United STEP 1 building in Malta, NY about interior design components/finishes, and project approach.

2009 Merit Award by Mature Media Awards for Schuyler Commons at Colonial Square. Category: Marketing and Communications (Brochure) for the Full Collateral Package.

2009 Silver Award for Clubhouse Design awarded by the National Home Builders Assoc. (NAHB). Corey was the Senior Marketing and Design lead on this one working with third parties. Responsible for corporate level oversight of the FF & E selection, budget process and art selection.

2008 Merit Award from the Eastern New York Chapter of the American Institute of Architects. This was for a Commercial Building project in Malta, NY at the NYSERDA STEP Park (107 Hermes Road). The award went to Einhorn Yaffee Prescott. Corey was honored to be a part of the design team that included Matt O’Grady from EYP. We put together the interiors selection including color schemes, finish materials and design elements for the public spaces.

2008 Empire Award from the Public Relations Society of American, Capital Region Chapter : Corey was Lead Marketing and PR Oversight for The United Group of Companies 24 Hour Blitz Build media campaign (2007). This was in association with Robin Wood, then Vice President at Sawchuck Brown Associates and then local Capital District Habitat for Humanity Executive Director Steve Haggerty.

March 2008 MFE (Multifamily Executive Magazine) Corey was quoted in an article on the 801 Military Housing Transition program as the Marketing Project Manager for a 1000 unit conversion in Watertown, NY. Article entitled, ‘Mission: Accomplished’ by Chris Wood.
